    BLT Bites Recipe Ingredients •16 to 20 cherry tomatoes •1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled •1/2 cup mayonnaise •1/3 cup chopped green onions •3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese •2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley Directions •Cut a thin slice off of each tomato top. Scoop out and discard pulp. Invert the tomatoes on a paper towel to drain. • In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon into tomatoes. Refrigerate for several hours. Yield: 16-20 appetizer servings.

I've made these for years so going to go ahead and put the recipe here. I use stove top stuffing and flatten mine a little to make them crispier. We've never served with dipping sauce either. Soft Pretzel Bites dough: 1 1/2 cup warm water 2 Tbsp brown sugar 1pkg active dry yeast 6 Tbsp butter, melted 2 1/2 tsp salt 4 1/2 – 5 cups flour boil: 2 quarts water add: 1/4 cup baking soda drop dough bits in for 35-40 sec scoop out and brush with: 1 egg, beaten plus 1 tbsp water then sprinkle with course sea salt bake 425 for 15 min

Frozen banana bites. My spin on it: 2 Bananas cut into 1" bites, 1/3 c chocolate chips, 1/4 c peanut butter, sprinkles of coconut. Microwave choc. chip and peanut butter 1 mintute. Add bananas & stir until coated. Place bites on parchment paper. Spoon any remaining choc. mixture onto bites. Sprinkle with coconut. Freeze about an hour. Quick & tasty!

My favorite snack ever! These things are amazing!! So healthy!! No-Bake Energy Bites 1 cup (dry) oatmeal 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 1/3 cup honey 1 tsp. vanilla.

    These sound fantastic! Using dark chocolate chips, raw honey and trying different nut butters would be a great way to get even more health benefits and enjoy a variety of flavors. These sound like a perfect snack to bring with you during the day.
