Indian style creamed spinach. To stretch this recipe out further and reduce the cost per serving, you can serve it over rice, or add some cubes of cooked potatoes. UPDATE: This is sooooooo good. I added a one-pound block of cubed tofu at the end for "palak tofu" to get some protein (and make it look like palak paneer lol). I ate it on seasoned turmeric brown rice. Great way to eat your greens, I'll make it again.
