Baking Soda Biscuits. Made these tonight 'cause I didn't have enough baking powder to make other biscuits. Used shortening in place of butter 'cause I was running low on that too. Lol;) Turned out great. Served them with gravy as part of our breakfast for dinner meal. Ate way too many:D
Homemade hashbrowns (made with leftover baked potatoes plus onion, an egg, and seasonings) are pressed into muffin tins and baked to make the crispy nests which are then filled with scrambled eggs or anything else you desire. Adorable! Delicious and perfect for occasion breakfasts (Mothers Day!) or any other meal.
