Boil potatoes for about 20 min until fork tender. Drain. Coat a rimmed cookie sheet well with olive oil. Place potatoes on cookie sheet and press with the bottom of a glass. These are SOOO GOOOOD! And they are soooo easy. MAKE sure to season them enough! This is a great side for a steak dinner if you are bored with the baked potato. They re-heat great IF you use the oven to re-heat them
