Lemon Rosemary Salmon Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets 2 tbsp lemon 2 tbsp olive oil 4 sprigs rosemary 2 cloves garlic minced Directions: -Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, and garlic cloves. -In a ziplock bag pour lemon juice mixture into bag. -Place fillets into ziploc bag and marinate for a minimum of 3 hours. -Preheat oven to 400 degrees. -Place fillets on baking sheet skin side down. -Cook for 20-25 minutes. -ENJOY!
