String Dispensers Here’s a great way to reuse empty CD/DVD containers. Drill a hole in the top for the string to slide through, then screw the lid under a shelf and snap on the string-loaded container. Pull down and snip off the desired length and never worry that your ball of string will roll away across the floor dragging its tail behind it!

[FW Gallery Project by WorkerTim] A new bench for my workshop. The base is built from red and white oak. The drawer fronts, leg vise and the deadman are made from Jatoba. The top is laminated from 8/4 poplar with curly maple outer faces and accents throughout. The top is 30" x 72" and 4-3/4" thick. The base is 30" x 48" with an overall height of 34 inches. I also made all the components for the gate vise.
