Tip: if it's not a dairy-based pretzel dough, the same boil-then-bake process with a water-based dough (like Trader Joe's prefab pizza dough, hint hint) becomes BAGEL. Bagels and pretzels are first cousins -- so you can snack in the family without spending a day in the kitchen.
Apple Cinnamon Quinoa Bites - These are really good! I cut out all the sugar and maple syrup and replaced it with 2 T Coconut Flour and 1/2 tsp NuNaturals Liquid Stevia. (I used jumbo eggs, if using large eggs use 3 eggs to replace the moisture from the maple syrup) I also used Granny Smith apples to keep the glycemic index down. I also replaced the oats with the same amount of quinoa to make them grain free. Yum! www.facebook.com/...
