Ingredients: 8 strawberries,2 oz. vanilla Greek yogurt,1/2 small banana 1 tablespoon sliced almonds Directions: Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork. Mix in the yogurt.Using a knife, carve out the middle of each strawberry. Fill the center of each strawberry with the banana-yogurt mixture and top with sliced almonds.
DELICIOUS healthy apple dip: I made this using about a half cup of plain 0% chobani yogurt, less than a tablespoon of peanut butter, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of truvia (stevia sweetener) with one apple sliced up...split it with my mom and we devoured it in about 10 seconds. YUM! and healthy, too!
