The bucket filler board is a must! The kids can fill a bucket ANY time they want to! Every Friday, they check their buckets to find the kind words others have left for them to read. Also goes along with the book, 'Have You Filled a Bucket Today?

LOVE it!! IT WORKS!!! *Power Pellets -Anytime I call out "Power Position" the students have to stop what they are doing, fold their arms, and look at me.  The first one to do so quietly will get a Power Pellet (aka, one skittle).  Seriously teachers, THIS WORKS! I don't even really yell the words, I just simply and casually say them and they stop.  It's magic what one Skittle will do for a kiddo!

I love to use a compliment chain as a classroom incentive. The class earns a reward when the chain hits the floor!

a compliment chain to record the compliments we receive for when our behavior in specials. The class receives one link for every compliment. When the chain hits the floor, they receive a reward. It is a very visual reminder of their excellent behavior!

exit ticket on a sticky note and stick it on the door on the way out for a quick assessment of understanding. Make this like a laminated poster I can put out when I do sticky note exit passes.

Have each class add their fingerprints in a new color each year! On the back, put your fingerprint in each color and write the school, year, and grade next to it, so you have a reference guide. This would be an inspirational way to remember all the lives you have been a part of through the years.
