The Original Hurricane. Serve 1: 2oz dark rum, 1oz passion fruit syrup, 1oz fresh lemon juice. Combine everything in a shaker over ice. Shake & strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with orange slice & cherry. Serve 12: Fifth dark rum, 1.5 cups passion fruit juice, 1.5 cups fresh lemon juice, 1 cup ice. Allow to sit for at least 15 mins before serving.
