Skillet Berry Cobbler. I eat my cobbler right out of the skillet (you can use a 9 x 13-inch baking dish if you don't have one). It saves dishes, but more important, it makes for a sweet summer date: two forks, a skillet of cobbler, some ice cream and a warm night on the patio.
Vegan Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies (To make vegan and low carb instead of ¼ cup white sugar I am going to use ½ tbsp Sweeteaf stevia. And I will replace 2/3 cup canola oil with coconut oil. And lastly I will use EnjoyLife Dairy Free Chips instead of regular chocolate chips.)
