Chobani Nonfat Lemon Yogurt - Yum, yum, yum... This, along with the Blood Orange, is one of my two favorite Chobani yogurts. It is refreshing and I have to be careful not to have too many of them in the house at one time as it is totally addictive!
Chocolate Greek Yogurt. A pinch of real sugar and some chocolate chips chips. Half the sugar of packaged yogurt. 1/2 c greek yogurt, 1 TBSP cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 2 tsp sugar. Top with a sprinkle of chocolate chips, coconut, chopped chocolate covered dried fruit or nuts, etc. This might be good frozen too
Healthy Buffalo Chicken Salad 1/2 cup non-fat plain Voskos Greek Yogurt 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Wings Buffalo sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 4 cups of cubed cooked chicken (about 1 rotisserie chicken) 2 celery stalks, chopped 1/2 cup cilantro, minced 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Green drinks - yumm! Seriously...I did a week of drinking a healthy smoothie every morning and felt very high energy, even while pregnant and entertaining my 1, 2, and three year olds. din't do it the next week (out of sheer laziness) an was super-tired and "icky-feeling" again.
