Turkey Piccata || 7 WW + points| just sub the regular flour with an equal mix of a gluten free baking mix. I've had lots of success thickening sauces with gf baking mix.

I made this dish for dinner last night, and it was really tasty. We were looking for a light chicken pasta dish, and wanted to taste something new. This entree was a real big hit!
