Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Honey Butter - 1 stick room temperature unsalted butter, 1/4 c powdered sugar, 1/4 c honey, 1 t cinnamon. Whip the butter w/whisk attachment for 30 seconds. Add sugar, honey cinnamon. Beat til completely very smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl and turn up speed and whip for a minute or two or til really light and fluffy. Makes about 3/4 cup. Yum!!
Stuffed peppers - cook ground beef, boil rice, boil peppers a little. Season ground beef (salt, pepper, garlic powder) put beef & rice together then mix in tomato sauce (or marinara). Stuff pepper with filling - half way add cheese - more filling then more cheese on top towards the end. Add water and gravy in bottom of baking dish. Bake peppers in liquid for 350 degrees until peppers are nice and soft.
