#paleo Sweet Potato Spaghetti: 7 oz. Sweet Potato; 1 T olive oil; Celtic Sea Salt | Using a veggie spiralizer, make sweet potato spaghetti. In cast iron skillet, over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Add sweet potato spaghetti and cook until desired tenderness. Sprinkle with Celtic sea salt to taste.
Marinated Olives: Ingredients ― 8 oz green olives; 1 slice of lemon; 2 cloves garlic; marinade ~ ¾ cup olive oil; 1 tsp dried oregano; 1 tsp dried rosemary; ½ tsp harrisos; 3 Tbsp soy sauce; 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar; 3 Tbsp honey; 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Instructions ― Add olives to a strainer; rinse with water; drain. Make the marinade. Chop garlic; dice lemon; mix garlic & lemon with the olives. Place olive mixture into a jar; pour marinade over olives; close jar, turn, gently shake. #Olives
