PUMPKIN PIE CROISSANT RECIPE: 2 tubes refrig crescent rolls separated. Make pumpkin pie filling with: 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling), 4 oz cream cheese, 2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice, 3-4 Tbsp sugar. Spread large spoonful on each crescent. Roll crescent up; then roll in mixture of 4 Tbsp. sugar & 1 Tsp pumpkin pie spice. Bake 350 degree F for 15-18 minutes (til browned). NOTE: To make mini croissants, simply cut crescent in half when initially separating & before filling.
