After baby! 15 min belly blasting workout - Every woman can end up with a belly pooch due to underworked lower abdominal muscles. This workout will tap into the deep abdominal muscles—the transverse abdominis—that pull in your waistline like a corset. Do these moves one after another with no rest in between. Then repeat the circuit so you're performing it a total of two times.
Day 23 of a 28 day yoga challenge. One of my yoga instructors compared the practice of yoga to peeling away the layers that we build around ourselves to help us get closer to your true self. The longer I practice the more gets peeled away. The hurts, the judgements, all the things I've been holding onto that no longer serve me. Child's pose is a refuge. It reminds me how good it feels to unburden myself & surrender to the present with an open heart. I am so grateful for that. Balasana
