Garlic Rubbed Roasted Cabbage Steaks Recipe ♦ 2lb head cabbage, 1" slices • 1½ Tbs olive oil • 2-3 large garlic cloves, smashed • salt • black pepper • olive oil spray OR non-stick cooking spray ♦ 400º ♦ spray pan, rub both sides w/ garlic, spread olive oil both sides, sprinkle salt n pepper both sides ♦ 30 min each side until lightly brown and crispy. Fried Cabbage with Sausage. My family liked this! I made this last night using olive oil instead of butter. I also browned the beef smoked sausage before combining it with the cabbage mixture. It didn't need salt & pepper.

All there is to this recipe is slicing some cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and chopping some basil……..Then making a vinaigrette dressing with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, dill weed, sugar, salt and pepper. Drizzle it over the salad.
