It will greatly enhance your energy and you will be able to accomplish things which you would otherwise be unable or prevented from doing.
After my daughter died, it was hard to pray. My days consisted of sleeping and walking around in a daze. I grew used to feeling depressed. 6 years later, a series of answered prayers. I’ve moved into a cottage surrounded by flowers and sunlit windows. I’m speaking in public about grief, grace, and healing. I’ve made a host of new friends. I still don’t know if suffering is God’s plan. But I’m certain that God wants each of us to feel joy. It’s up to us to accept the gift.
