30 Day Squat Challenge... Gonna be tough, but better butt, here I come!
I'm doing this starting tomorrow.
Question ladies so u can't get the 100 or 200 squats and divided them tru out the whole day?? Or they have to be done all at once?
I divided them up by 50 with short breaks. (I have severe asthma) But I did within a small window.
