Here is the last of seven Headstands. This series ends with a tough one called Iron Cross Headstand. In this pose, you're balancing on the top of your head and palms, and your arms are fully extended out to the sides. If you can, your hands and head are in one straight line. Hold this for five breaths. Then come down and rest in Child's Pose, releasing the neck.
