Liriope for shade gardens. I have these at the front of my house.

  • Vickie Holdeman

Liriope (liriope muscari) Pronounced as "lilytuft". Considered a perennial that prefers shade. Plant as an edging plant or ground cover. Beautiful with lilac colored flowers later than most liriope. Easy to transplant. Increase your inventory by dividing in early Spring as soon as new growth starts.

Paint some glow in the dark paint on river rock to give some sparkle to your yard...but...you must put on a thin layer, wait for it to dry and apply a second thin layer for it to give off a soft glow. Clever idea!

So simple!
