BLACKLIGHT JELLO SHOTS - Bet you never saw jello shots like these. These blacklight glowing cups of wonder are fun to look at. They're a little bitter because of the quinine in the tonic water, but that's what makes them glow! You could easily swap Gin for the the Vodka, and have something close to a fruity Gin & Tonic. You must have a blacklight for these to glow! It's pretty awesome looking though if you do.

When brunch calls, the Captain answers. Before you break out the bacon and eggs, make sure your guests have a sweet cocktail to sip on. To make a Mojito like a Captain, muddle half a lime cut into wedges, 6 fresh mint leaves, and 0.5 oz simple syrup in a shaker. Add 1.5 oz Captain Morgan White Rum and fill with ice. Shake well, pour into collins glass, and top with club soda. Garnish with mint sprig and enjoy a Mojito at your next brunch this spring.
