Jameson Whiskey Sour: 1 1/2 ounces Jameson Irish whiskey / 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice / 1 ounce Simple Syrup / 1 1/4 ounces pureed frozen peaches / Ice cubes / Peach slice, for garnish / Shake all ingredients over ice and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with peach slice.
