200g good quality chocolate, not less than 60 percent cocoa 200g butter 200g sugar 1 table spoon of flour 5 eggs Microwave chocolate and butter, mix until smooth. Then place it in the sugar and mix. Stir the eggs. Add a tablespoon of flour and mix well again. Poured into a 20 cm diameter baking unhooked and cooked at 190 degrees for 20 min.
It's hard to find someone in Spain who doesn't like "torrijas". It is a typical pastry on Easter. Kind of French toasts but instead of sliced bread, it is made of a specific bread (kind of baguette bread) for torrijas. Travelling to Spain during Easter? This is totally a must!
Rum-Coconut Banana Bread This made my house smell wonderful tonight and I did eat a nice piece. IT is really good. The coconut slices give it texture. I would probably sprinkle some sugar on top next time to give it a caramelized coat on top.
