"How to Foam-Roll like a pro!" I love to foam roll... it is pretty much my favorite post-workout ritual. It's like having my own personal masseuse! Foam rolling massages your muscles and helps you recover better after a workout:) My favorite thing to foam roll: my IT bands... it hurts SO MUCH the first few days you do it, but man do your muscles start feeling more loose afterwards!!
Remove Dead Skin Foot Soak, or at least disinfect them. Already x4: 1 Cup Listerine, 1 Cup Vinegar and 2 Cups water. Let soak for 10 mins.
Handmade foot soak and detox: I took a big 1/2 gallon Mason jar …..dumped in 1 cup of Epsom Salt, 1 cup of Sea Salt and 2 cups of Baking Soda….put the top on and shook it up! I then took 1/4 cup of the mixture….added it to a plastic dish pan filled with the hottest water I thought my feet could stand….and proceeded to soak my tired, aching feet!
