Highlands School on Wednesday announced it has been named one of the 50 Best Private Elementary Schools in the U.S. The school was ranked 21st overall by TheBestSchools.org – an online resource for education that provides parents and students with updated information about school choices.
Two Charleston County School District principals up for national award - Post and Courier ❝Dr. Timothy Schavel at Hursey Elementary School and Jacob Perlmutter at Zucker Middle School of Science were announced Wednesday as two of the top 10 finalists for the 2015 Escalante-Gradillas Best in Education, according to a school district news release.❞
New School Named Best Private Elementary School Nationwide ❝The New School in Fayetteville announced that they had earned two accolades at the national and local level. The school was named the best private elementary school in the nation by TheBestSchools.org, based on it’s extracurriculars, diversity and reputation, they said in a press release on Wednesday (Oct. 13).❞
Last year, Rocky Bayou Christian School was named one of the Top 50 Christian High Schools in the country by TheBestSchools.org. Not to be outdone, this year it was Rocky Bayou’s elementary school’s turn to shine. The same website recently named the Christian school the fourth best private elementary school in the country.
