So this happened this weekend. And by "this happened" I mean that I've been working with this pose ( Head to Ankle) for almost 3 years. At first I couldn't bring my head down to my knee much less anywhere near my ankle but slowly over time I've inched my way down learning to lift my hips and use my breath to extend my spine long. 2016/2017 Dr. Seuss theme door "Oh The Thinks You Can Think". Took pictures of the kids posed like they are thinking. Placed thought bubbles above their heads, "I am thinking of..." along with a picture of what they are thinking of.
Day 23 This one has been the most challenging I think since I started the 30 day challenge and the most rewarding. It was kind of a way for me to see how far I have come. I still couldn't completely do the tripod stand and side handstands but I can tell I've improved alot in-terms of my upper body strength. I like how at the end of the class she said .."we've made it" coz thats how I was feeling. Okay, time to run out the door and seize the day.
