JELLO FROSTING - 3 ounce pkg. of Jello any flavor; 2/3 cup granulated sugar; 1 egg white; 1 teaspoon vanilla. Place the above ingredients in a large GLASS OR METAL mixing bowl OF A STAND MIXER. Turn the mixer on high and immediately add ½ cup of boiling water, that you let run down the inside of the bowl so it cools a bit before hitting the egg whites. Whip on high for five minutes! Frosts 24 cup-cakes or a 13x9 cake. Pipes well for decorating.
Starbucks frap cupcakes-love these with the wrappers! Great attention to detail- which I ❤- hmm, think about straws- something edible? Little twizzlers, perhaps? I do like twizzlers for beverage "straws"- ( great for parties- esp Academy Awards, outdoor movies in summer, etc) I know you could do that with a larger cupcake- :)
