Homemade Coconut Milk Ice Cream (Almond Pistachio, Mint Chocolate Chip, Cookies & Cream)
Coconut Icecream with frozen bananas.
Food Babe's Coconut Milk Ice Cream: Base: 13.5 oz can full fat coconut milk, 3 frozen bananas or ½ cup coconut palm sugar pinch of sea salt. Almond Pistachio Flavor: 1 ½ tsp almond extract,1 vanilla bean seeded or 1 tsp vanilla,1/2 cup toasted & chopped almonds & pistachios. Mint Chocolate Chip Flavor: 2 tsp peppermint extract, ⅓ cup raw cacao nibs or choc chips. Cookies & Cream Flavor: 1 tbsp vanilla , 10 cocao einkorn cookies broken in pieces or cookie of choice. Blend base ingred til smooth Add liquid flavorings (extracts) into blender and blend again. Freeze in ice cream machine 20 mins til ice cream is formed Stir in dry ingredients - i.e. nuts, cookies, etc, serve Best immediately, if stored in freezer, place back in ice cream maker to make smooth & creamy. gm

People who have suffered in the past with bulimia or anorexia can fall into a cycle of emotional eating while trying to manage their relationship with food. You're told you look great when you are thin and whispered about when you gain weight. Stop judging.
Don’t deny yourself real foods that you enjoy. Make sure to move your body, get lots of deep sleep, and work on managing the stress in your life. Strive for balance instead taking healthy habits to extremes. Do these things not because you are trying to change yourself into a more perfect version, but because you respect and love yourself. Do them because you deserve to be healthy and happy.
