The Bodmin County Lunatic Asylum (also known as Cornwall County Asylum or St. Lawrence’s Hospital) is located on Boundary Road, the town of Bodmin, Cornwall, England. Built in 1815 and not completely closed until 2003. There are tunnels under the complex and in 2011, a man was electrocuted trying to steal copper pipes down there. Now the building is heavily guarded and patrolled.
