When life gets tough, it’s incredibly easy to let your self care slide. I have found with these things, it just kind of dominoes. If you stop doing one thing, another will slide and so on. But not anymore. I’ve decided to challenge myself to indulge in self care for a whole month. That’s right, do one thing for yourself each day and see if your happiness or wellbeing improves.
