Chicken with tomatoes and wine--very similar to a hunters chicken or chicken cacciatore. I did use mushrooms, and used fresh tomatoes instead of the can (and way more garlic...always way more garlic). It turned out wonderful! It is something we will make often. It is saucy so you can make a pasta or rice to go with it.
