    eaten egg florentine quesadilla -- these came out even better than I thought they would! I can't believe I didn't think of it on my own. Of course, I did add hollandaise sauce to it... :) Which made it perfect. And instead of using creamed spinach, I sauteed onions and spinach with a little garlic. Oh yum.
