Stuffed pizza shrooms: make shrooms into cups (remove stems & the frills) then brush in olive oil and salt. Preheat oven to 375. Bake shrooms for 5 min., take out and add pizza sauce, mozzarella, veggies, meats & fresh basil. Bake 13 minutes then broil for 2 min.  Yum! (Pinterest recipe nailed!)

Oatmeal spice cookies - 3 cups oats, 1.5 cups flour, 1/2 tsp fresh nutmeg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 cap lemon juice, 2 sticks butter, 1.5 cups packed light brown sugar, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1 tbsp. marshmallow topping (smuckers is best).  Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Mix butter, sugar, and other wet ingredients together, then add dry slowly to the mix. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes depending on size of the cookies you drop.

Graham Cracker crumble. Made a graham cracker pie crust then added thinly sliced gala apples (about 7) tossed in brown sugar, corn starch, pinch of salt, cap of lemon juice, and 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk.  took the graham cracker pie recipe but added 1/2 cup brown sugar to the mix then topped the pie with it. Baked at 350 for 48 minutes. It turned out perfectly sweet and the apples made their own caramel sauce. Oh, and 1/4 cup golden raisins makes a difference. yum.
