Moon Milk (PM Tea)- 2 servings
- •✺ 2 Cups Oat Mill (or milk of choice)
- •✺ 1 Cup Water
- •✺ 1 Tbsp Honey
- •✺ 1 Tsp Turmeric
- •✺ 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- •✺ Pinch Black Pepper
- •✺ Fresh Ginger
- •✺ OPTIONAL ✺ Beet powder, nutmeg, coconut oil or ghee, vanilla extract, cayenne pepper, mushroom powders (ashwagandha).
Directions:
✺ Bring milk to simmer on low heat, add the rest of the ingredients, whisk together or use frother!
