Spicy Sausage Pasta: = 3/4 tsp. olive oil per serving of 1/4 recipe, use homemade sausage -- see pin for "Homemade Italian Sausage" or "Turkey Apple Sausage" on this board, instead of heavy cream use FF 1/2 & 1/2 or FF plain liquid CoffeeMate, use whole wheat or brown rice pasta, use FF cheese (or RF and count); just before broiling spray with olive oil-flavored nonstick spray to help FF cheese melt
Chili Cheese Dip. Mix together and heat (microwave is fine!): 1 (15 oz) can chili with no beans, 4 oz softened cream cheese, 1 cup grated cheddar, 1 clove crushed garlic, 1 tsp chili powder.
