Crockpot Refried Beans 3 cups of dry pinto beans (rinsed) 1 onion, diced 9 cups of water 5 tsp salt 1 3/4 tsp pepper 2 Tbsp minced garlic 1/8 tsp ground cumin Put all the ingredients in a crockpot and cook on high for about 8 hours.
Best granola ever. I skip the sesame seeds, use half butter/half coconut oil, and once it's done, sprinkle with a dozen or so Ghirardelli double chocolate (dark) chips (any dark chocolate will do). Then serve with Grade A Raw milk. Try it, you'll never want to buy granola again!
