Simple Asian Soy-Peanut Noodles - we have made these TWICE this week - we can't get enough of them! The original recipe was a little too salty for me so we added extra honey and peanut butter ... SO Delicious!! (Haven't looked at the recipe yet myself)
Kinda Creamy Pasta Bake... 1 to 1 1/4 pound ground beef 1 can (about 15 oz) tomato sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt black pepper 8 ounces egg noodles (I use one regular sized package) 1/2 cup sour cream 1 to 1 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup sliced green onions 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Stupidly Easy Peanut Noodles. I added shredded carrots, red peppers and baby corn. I also stir-fried the broccoli with these veggies after I boiled the broccoli. Top with Sriracha sauce for an extra kick!
