Taco dip - 2 lbs of ground beef, 2 packets of taco seasoning, Sour Cream, Velveeta 2%, Chips. Cook beef, mix in taco seasoning. Put in casserole dish, top with sour cream then thick slices of Velveeta. Bake for 10 minutes at 375, or until cheese melts. Stir and serve.
Cowboy Corn Dip --- I would take half and refrigerate it and put the other half in a casserole dish and bake it at 350 for 35 min. Then you would have a hot and a cold of the same dip. Outstanding! Karen
