This "How to Become an Inspirational Leader Infographic has two small flaws: 1) People look for stability and safety. They will sense a change in leadership style. This may raise awareness but likely due to people sensing instability which does not have to translate into better performance. 2) Leaders do not motivate, they know people are motivated. Leaders to clear obstacles and empower, create room for success. Because they know that people are motivated.
