The swing in Shana's garage-turned-writing room is one of her favorite finds from Isabelle's shop. "I'll take a little swing when I need to clear my head," says Shana. Faded reds and pinks in the kilim-covered pouf and pastoral oil painting warm up the all-white space. Cornelia Parker- This sculpture was constructed from the remains of a Southern Black Baptist Church destroyed by arsonists. It appears to defy gravity, suggesting the temporality of everything physical even as it captures the spirit of the worshippers.
