Weight loss journal....I like this idea with a comp book..not sure mine would be as busy but the scrapbooker in me is thinking of ways to make a fun food journal with pics and quotes and such...must try this. I love to handwrite things, not sure tracking on my phone would be my best...no where to make notes and track my feelings and such.

Sure, because the chocolate-covered graham cracker that I just ate from the bottom of a WalMart bag that was left over from yesterday's "vacation" is gonna contribute to my looking like this.

5 lbs of fat next to 5 lbs of muscle. Now THAT's Inspiration! And....this certainly explains that stat that says that 2/3's of Americans are overweight and half of those are obese....little muscle and lots of fat.

Super fit women.... motivation. keep exercising!!! Are you going to allow excuses to stop you from getting this body?
