60 g (1/2 cup, firmly packed) grated carrot, firmly packed
80 g (1/2 cup, firmly packed) grated green zucchini, firmly packed green
50 g (1/2 cup, firmly packed) grated parsnip, firmly packed
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
2 Shallots, green

Refrigerated

3 Eggs

Baking & Spices

1 tbsp Plain flour

Oils & Vinegars

2 tsp Olive oil, light

Dairy

1 Butter
40 g Jarlsberg or tasty cheese
