Strawberry Smoothie Ingredients 1 cup fresh or frozen hulled strawberries 1 medium-size, ripe banana 1/2 cup of low fat greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream (optional) 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon honey 2 to 3 ice cubes Yield: One 16oz or two 8oz servings Method Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away

Peach Smoothie 2 cups fresh orange juice 1 cup peach greek yogurt 2 cups frozen sliced peaches 2 tablespoons raw honey or 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon nutmeg Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

Blackberry Lime Smoothie

smoothie: 1- 5.3 oz. container of Yoplait Fat Free Greek Vanilla Yogurt, 1 1/2 Cups Strawberries, 1 Banana, 1/2 Cup V8 Splash Juice- Tropical Blend

1 super ripe peach [leave the skin on for extra fiber!] 1/2 a large frozen banana 1-2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach 1/4 cup of almond or coconut milk 1 TBSP chia seeds approx 1/2 to 1 cup of ice depending on desired thickness =) a splash of orange juice for sweetness

Strawberry Sunrise 2 cups Orange Juice 1/2 pound strawberries 1/2 pound pineapple (fresh works best!) 1/2 banana 6 large ice cubs Directions Cut up fruit and place in the blender. Add orange juice and ice cubes. Blend for about 30 seconds, or until all of the fruit and ice is blended and mixed with the juice.

Frozen Blue Lemonade 1½ oz. white rum 1 oz. blue curacao 3 oz. Lemonade Sparkling ICE Garnish: blueberries Combine all ingredients with ice in a blender. Blend on high until it becomes slushy. Pour into a glass and garnish with blueberries.
