Limonana -Lemon and Mint (nana is Arabic for mint)    ONE cup fresh squeezed lemon  1/2 cup sugar  ONE cup water  ONE bunch fresh mint    Combine lemon juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved.  Add water (maybe a bit more if needed).  Add 1/2 bunch of mint (washed, but stems ok).  Blend together in blender (I used a hand blender... bullet would work too).    You may add ice and make it smoothy-ish, but not necessary.      Pour over ice, kick off your shoes, sit in a hammock and enjoy!!
