The Paloma: Ingredients ― 3 oz reposado tequila (or any good quality blanco); 4 oz freshly squeezed Ruby Red grapefruit juice; ¾ oz agave syrup or simple syrup; 2½ oz club soda; squirt of fresh lime juice (optional). Instructions ― Mix the grapefruit juice, tequila and sugar syrup until well mixed. Pour over a glass filled with ice; top up with soda water. You could add a squirt of lime juice, and you could also rim the glass with salt. #Cocktail #Paloma #Tequila #Reposado
