PIZZA BALLS! These are awesome! AND easy! I used 2 cans Buttermilk Biscuits (10 per can), bag of pepperoni slices (at least 40 slices), 8 oz. block of Colby cheese, olive oil (instead of the eggwash the recipe calls for), Parmesan, Italian seasoning, Garlic powder, 1 jar pizza sauce…Cut the block of cheese into at least 20 squares. Flatten a biscuit out and stack pepperoni, a cheese square, and another slice of pepperoni. Gather up the edges of the biscuit. Line up the rolls in a greased 9x13 in. pan. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Bake at 425°F for 10 to 13 minutes. Voila! ~Brittany

Made a cheap and easy version with 2 bags of Trader Joes premade herbed pizza dough (stretched out on floured surface and cut into 2" pieces), string cheese cut into 1" pieces, and turkey pepperoni. Brushed with oil and topped with grated parm. Have some marinara for dipping too. Prep time 20 min, cook time 25 min. Total cost ~$11.
