Scary, Cool and a bit weird
Maybe not a life raft in my story. Still a good idea---if not for a plot twist, a mild shock. Jaz is the type of protagonist to freeze, rooted to the spot, as opposed to jumping (and probably falling overboard. I'll leave that to someone else). :]
Life raft. Writing prompt
Holy flip! Every time I see a writing prompt my brain flips really fast through fifteen scenarios sorta like a flip book. Just when I get my hopes up for a good idea my mind deems them not good enough and moves on!
Child birth or mer-person
1) These are really funny. 2) I really like how it looks with the different fonts, colors, and graphics. Also, I like how each rectangle is separated but it's not the same all the way through.

essaysx900_090514.jpg (900×2498) Some great ideas for college essays... Also, for any creative writing/choose your own topic paper. Another idea... I have a book I bought last year that is the most amazing "Self Help" book I've ever seen. It's a book of lists about yourself. I will take a picture to show you the book. Several of these would be excellent questions for your own book, or a gift perhaps, using a nice spiral journal and stickers

Myopic "Not only has this fabulous, jam-packed used bookstore stuck around, but it stays open until 11pm every weeknight (in other words, you know where to find your nerd boyfriend — not at the nearby cheesy bars). The shop also hosts a regular poetry and music series, so come for the books and stay for the company." - d*s
