Bata as gemas dos ovos com a metade do açúcar até obter uma mistura de aspecto fofo, com o dobro do tamanho inicial. Reserve. Bata as claras em ponto de neve com o açúcar restante. Misture 1/3 das claras com as gemas batidas e, o chocolate derretido e o restante das claras. Asse em forno preaquecido a 160°C por 20 minutos.
